Campus Life
There’s a small village nestled in the southern part of the NMSU campus. It’s filled with joy and laughter. The villagers are short in stature but with lots of love to give.
Their day is filled with arts and literature, numbers and nap time, and a few rounds around the playground.
This is no ordinary village; this is Myrna’s Children’s Village – an on-campus child care facility.
Myrna’s Children’s Village offers early care and education programs for NMSU students, faculty, staff and community families and children, six weeks to five years of age. Through a variety of program options families have choices to meet the childcare and educational needs of their young children.
The village also serves as an educational lab for NMSU students and provides a site for faculty research.
