Presentation Request Form

The SGDRC provides a safe and supportive environment for all students, staff, and faculty, emphasizing resources for our lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) community, as well as allies and those who are questioning their sexual orientation or gender identity.

To request a Speakers Bureau Panel, Safe Zone Training or a Short Informational Presentation for your class or organization, please fill out all sections of the form below and click the submit button. We will contact you by email or phone as soon as we receive your presentation request form.
