The degree features hands-on learning through a senior project and coursework from affiliated departments like engineering technology and electrical engineering. Graduates develop analytical, technical, and ethical skills aligned with professional cybersecurity practices and legal responsibilities.

The Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity consists of 116-120 credits. To earn this degree, you need to complete all Department of Computer Science core courses, and all university degree requirements, which include General Education requirements, Viewing a Wider World requirements, and elective credits with 48 credits in courses numbered 300 or above.
