The BS in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management program consists of 120 credits. To earn the BS in this field, successful completion of all requirements set forth by the University is imperative. These requirements include work in General EducationViewing a Wider World, and elective coursework besides 48 credits in courses numbered above 300.

To earn your degree, you’ll complete 400 hours of hospitality work experience and a 400-hour paid internship for academic credit. Our program provides ample support to help you secure internships and gain valuable employment experience through resources like the Marriott Hospitality Futures Center, the Annual Career Fair, our Student and Alumni Job Board and personalized professional development assistance.
