The Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at New Mexico State University (NMSU) prepares students to design, optimize and manage complex systems that integrate people, materials, information, equipment and energy. The Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering consists of 121-122 credits. To earn this degree, you need to complete all Department of Engineering core courses, and all University degree requirements, which include General Education requirements, General Education requirements, Viewing a Wider World requirements, and elective credits with 48 credits in courses numbered 300 or above.
