The Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at New Mexico State University (NMSU) offers a comprehensive, ABET-accredited program designed to prepare students for professional licensure and successful careers in civil engineering. The Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering consists of 126 credits. To earn this degree, you need to complete all Department of Civil Engineering core courses, and all University degree requirements, which include General Education requirements, General Education requirements, Viewing a Wider World requirements, and elective credits with 48 credits in courses numbered 300 or above.
