TEDxNMSU Speakers
Speaker Qualifications
TEDxNMSU speakers should present an idea worth spreading and demonstrate knowledge, expertise or lived experience related to their topic. Applicants should be engaging, effective public speakers and previous speaking or presentation experience is preferred. Speakers must be open to coaching and feedback throughout the preparation process and agree to follow TEDx content guidelines.
Speaker Expectations
Selected speakers are expected to attend all required coaching sessions and rehearsals, meet all deadlines, follow TEDxNMSU branding and presentation standards, submit their presentation by due date and deliver their talk within the assigned time limit at the event.
Dress Code
Speakers are encouraged to wear professional attire that reflects their personal style and allows them to feel confident on stage. Please choose clothing that is comfortable, appropriate for the event and free of distracting logos or branding.
